At Cliffe Vale it is our intention to provide “a home within a home” for our clients. We see our role as a 24 hour support for those who find themselves no longer able to live alone, whether it is through physical or mental frailty. With experienced judgement we can enable our clients to cope with nearly any reduction in ability by providing privacy and maintaining and supporting their choices and independence

You may be eligible for financial help towards the cost of your homecare. We will assist and direct you to the appropriate agency. There are various options available and these can be discussed at the initial visit with our Care Manager.
