Each branch is registered with the Care Quality Commission, who carry out regular inspections and rate our services. The rating of each office can be found on their respective pages on our website. Our services are available to all customers however they are funded. We offer high quality care using the latest electronic care planning systems from Everylife Technologies. This enables our customers and/or their relatives to view their care plan and what care has been delivered at home or remotely, all at no extra cost. We offer visits from half an hour to full 24 hour live in care. We work with our customers to assist them to achieve their outcomes in the least intrusive way enabling them to live independently at home. Our services include personal care, respite care, dementia care, light domestic and social visits.
