It was born out of a desire and commitment to provide high quality and meaningful care and support; initially by Margaret Swanson who trained as a nurse in the NHS, achieving the role of Executive Trust Director, before spending time at the Department of Health, as a Clinical Director in one of the High Security Hospitals, a Director for a very large Health Care provider and as a Consultant facilitating the turn around of failing services. She was joined by Lorrane Taylor who had a Finance and Administration background in the Hospitality Industry, both share a passion for excellence in health and social care services, with values fundamental to Caring. They are supported by an experienced Registered Manager, Joanne Pierce, Team Leaders, Support Workers, the Care Home Registered Manager, Lorna Shaw, at Hillcrest, Care Staff and Administrative staff, who are all skilled and compassionate.
