Founded by Issac Theophilos, Bliss Care is the embodiment of a passion for exceptional care that has been honed over a decade. Issac’s journey began in 2010 as a caregiver in a care home, progressing to a nursing role in 2011. By 2014, he was managing a Dementia Specialist nursing home, achieving an Outstanding rating on a CQC inspection the following year. In 2018, Issac’s work earned an Outstanding rating across all five domains of CQC inspection. That same year, he penned the best-selling guide for care homes, “How to Get Outstanding.” Over the next four years, he used his wealth of experience to consult for care homes, providing auditing, business operational, and strategic support. In 2022, Bliss Care was launched, with its first project being the successful turnaround of Aveland Court Care Home in Torquay.
