Twilight Years is an Independent Home Care Agency providing a service to the elderly and disabled in the Furness and surrounding areas. The company is registered and monitored by the Care Quality Commission, and also works in partnership with Cumbria County Council, Adult Social Care. We aim to provide support to enable Service Users of all ages to be cared for in their own homes for as long as they are willing and able to do so, and to enable them to return to their own homes from hospital or accommodation elsewhere. We actively promote real choice in practice between care at home and residential care.

Staff and volunteers also arrange outings to popular restaurants if you fancy eating elsewhere and want to sample some local food.

Croft Care Trust is a local registered charity responsible for the running of The Croft Nursing Home.
