Built-in the early 20th Century, Meadowbank Care is a luxurious residential care home located in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The front of the property overlooks Braywick Park and there is a lovely, peaceful courtyard at the back of the home.

St Mark's, in Maidenhead, warmly welcomes residents who seek residential and nursing accommodation as well as those who need support for early and advanced dementia. Larchfield House is a specialist nursing home which caters specifically to people living with dementia and neurological disorders, with the aim to reduce the symptoms of the conditions wherever possible. Our specialist nursing home is designed to create familiar environments and help residents retain their independence. Our experienced care workers and nurses are trained in dementia care, and work closely with the residents’ family and friends to understand their life stories, allowing staff to provide the best possible person-centred care in the safest possible manner.

Lady Elizabeth House is our Extra care service in Maidenhead and is run in partnership with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, who allocate the individual apartments while Optalis provides care and support services. The service has 29 self-contained, wheelchair-accessible apartments, each of which is fully equipped with a spacious kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom.

Every customer's plan is different so that they can set their own goals and do the activities they enjoy.
