Crossroads Together is a registered charity dedicated to providing information, advice and practical support to unpaid carers of all ages and the people they care for. We offer services across Cheshire, Herefordshire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside.

Care 4 You is a home care provider. Our home care packages offer personalised services to people with Dementia, Learning Difficulties, Mental Health Conditions, Physical Disabilities, Sensory Impairments and those with Substance Misuse Problems. We provide a 24/7 service.

This friendly home offers a choice of four sitting rooms and four dining areas, all with specially designed furnishings for maximum comfort. There is a room for Residents wishing to pursue hobbies and interests, a hairdressing salon, treatment room and a delightful family room. The pretty courtyard, which is looked after by some of our Residents, is a favourite location in which to relax and socialise with friends and relatives.

We're registered for a maximum of 23 service users, accommodating residents aged 18 to 65 years old. We specialise in bipolar and manic depression, along with challenging behaviour and schizophrenia.

Residents have often lived locally and know that they are only just a stone’s throw from the local shops and churches. Residential care supports and encourages residents to carry on being involved with friends, families, churches and clubs while having all of the struggles of running a home taken care of. Opportunities to make friends, join in organised activities and dine to an excellent standard are on offer daily. Of course, every resident has an individually tailored care plan to ensure that all care and support issues are met by the dedicated care team, but the care delivered does much to support independence, individual choice and dignity.
