We are a small independent family run company which has provided care services in the home to The Yorkshire Coast since 2002.

We will always do our best to cater to your preferences by building a bespoke care package with you to fulfill all of your support needs.

We hand pick two main Companions per client who the client will see on a daily basis. On occasions, if they are unable to attend, we have deputies that the clients have met and have a relationship with who can step in.

The company was set up in December 2013. We are dedicated to providing the best level of care available. We believe in providing care that allows people to remain independent and to lead their lives with complete comfort surrounded by their family and friends.

Scarborough Hall is a modern and spacious home by the North Yorkshire coast. We are only about a mile from the beautiful sandy beach, where we have our very own beach chalet for residents to enjoy in the summer months. We offer 24 hour residential and respite support to older people, in additional to high quality care to those living with dementia.

Norwood House was purchased in 1995 with the sole purpose of providing care and support for older adults (55+) who experience Dementia and to support their family/partner/carer in their role. Our team is our greatest asset and has developed and evolved over the years. We aim to provide assistance at a level that people want and need. We will provide all with an individualised and personal care package, from occasional day care with a fresh hot meal and a little company, to respite care on a planned and emergency basis, to full residential care – we are here for you.
