St Christopher’s Trust is a registered charity (number 527036). We were established in 1954 as a school for children with learning disabilities. Since then we have developed our range of services and we now offer residential care and support, supported tenancies and domiciliary care and support for adults with learning disabilities. Our residential service is at Redcourt on Hollincross Lane in Glossop. We also provide domiciliary services to adults with learning disabilities in their own homes throughout the High Peak.

At Acre Court retirement housing scheme in Glossop, we offer 6 one bedroom and 26 studio purpose-built properties for rent for people over the age of 55. The property is situated close to Glossop Town Centre and has excellent transport links to Manchester City Centre, local market towns and Buxton. The local shops are a 15 minute walk away and include supermarkets, a post office, library, bakery, hairdressers and cafes. There are two doctors' surgeries within the town centre. Other local amenities include a library, community centre, swimming pools, two parks and lots of walking routes.
