Linkability is a registered Charity with its registered office in Chorley, Lancashire. Linkability will assist people with learning disabilities get homes, care and support. In November 2009 it established a branch office in Heywood, developing existing and new services for RMBC. In early 2016 we were really pleased to start working with West Lancs Positive Living. Now WLPL are called Linkability and we run their services from Malthouse Business Centre in Ormskirk, working alongside the staff and people who are supported, their families, and local professionals.

KV Care are a rapidly growing care provider in the North West (Rochdale, Heywood, Middleton and Bury) with a passion for quality, sustainable and personalised community home care. We have contracts with local authorities and private contracts for customers with personal budgets to provide specific home care services to people with mental health diagnosis, physical health conditions, learning disability and low or high level health care needs, to enable recovery and minimise hospital admissions and we wish to continue our excellent work, reputation and grow in other areas.

Tudor Court Intermediate Care Unit sits within the Integrated Community Services Directorate and is based in the Community of Heywood. It provides 24 beds for patients 18 years and upwards who have been assessed as requiring a period of rehabilitation to enable them to return home. We aim for patients to have a safe and timely discharge home within 14 days.

Lyndhurst Care Home offers comprehensive residential, dementia, respite, and palliative care for the elderly. The home is located in Leigh and offers a homely and welcoming atmosphere. It is a purpose-built home spread across three floors accommodating 40 fully furnished and tastefully decorated bedrooms. Our team supports with 24/7 support with a tailored care approach ensuring residents always receive respect and attention.
