EMANUEL CARE is a family run provider of quality home care services reaching out to individuals who need extra assistance in order to enable them to remain independent whilst enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own homes. The organisation was founded and is run by Alain and Jasmin Diaz alongside with their son Jastine who are passionate about delivery of high quality care. The high quality home care we provide is delivered through excellent and consistent training for our staff, extended support teams, regular service plan reviews, reliability and friendly service to all service users and above all, establishing a meaningful partnership with all our clients and their family respecting their views and concerns that matter to them. Our services provides personal care and support to people living in their own home in all age groups over 21.

Plume Avenue is a specialist community based resource, registered to provide living accommodation and care for up to four clients with a learning disability, who have complex needs aged 18 or older. Our accommodation is a large ‘family styled’ five bedroom house with a good-sized private rear garden with patio and BBQ area.
