At Bespoke Care Cheshire we believe that continuity of care is vital, to ensure we achieve this all service users have their own dedicated support workers who work on a rota basis. This enables our service users to build a rapport with the support worker and enables the support worker to know their preferences and monitor their health.

Our aim is to provide an excellent high standard of care for our aging community. The type of care we provide may variety from clients with visual and hearing impairments, life limiting mobility, dementia and sadly, end of life care.
