HCL was established in April 1994 in Liverpool with an aim to provide service users with the choice to remain in their own homes for as long as possible, promoting independence and healthy lifestyle choices.

We understand the importance of being surrounded by familiar faces and possessions. Two of our customers used to be neighbours and hadn’t seen each other for 40 years. With their consent we arranged for them to meet again and they haven’t stopped talking about it since. They are now going to see each other regularly. We helped make a big difference to their lives.
