At Right at Home South Cheshire we aim to make a genuine difference to the quality of life of those we serve in the local community. We focus on improving the lives of those we care for, not just maintaining quality of life. We firmly believe that to provide an excellent service, you need time. That's why we have a preferred minimum visit time of one hour, enabling both our CareGivers and Clients to have a positive experience that allows not only time for support to be provided where it is needed, but also to have a conversation and allow for social interaction. This is where we believe we can truly "make a difference every day" to the lives of our Clients.

At SureCare, we’re committed to providing exceptional care services for those in need at all stages of life’s journey. SureCare Central Cheshire covers home care services in the following towns and surrounding areas: Audlem, Crewe, Haslington, Nantwich, Shavington, Willaston, Wistaston, plus more local villages across south Cheshire.

Situated close to the heart of the historic market town of Nantwich, Elm House is a purpose-built home offering residential, dementia, respite, and palliative care for the elderly. Additionally, at certain times the home also offers daycare services. The home features 39 bedrooms that are bright, airy, and fully furnished. We encourage our residents to bring their belongings that can give their personal touch to the rooms making them more homely and comfortable.

During these difficult times we have had to adapt the way we work but we are still welcoming new residents into our homes and ensuring safe visits to protect everyone who lives in our homes.
