Home is where memories are – perhaps happy memories of family weddings, great birthday parties or of a long and happy marriage. The home also provides shelter and protection from the outside world. During the Covid pandemic, our clients were far safer at home than in any other setting. At 1st Homecare, we would like to help our clients to stay at home for as long as possible with dignity and safety by providing first class compassionate support from our great team of fully trained carers and very experienced office staff.

Smart Choice Healthcare Services is a family run care provider based in Luton. It is a service run by three sisters. We got our Care Quality Commissioner (CQC) registration on the 8th July 2021. Our registration is governed in line with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities), CQC Regulations 2009, 2010.
