This enables our customers and/or their relatives to view their care plan and what care has been delivered at home or remotely, all at no extra cost. We offer visits from half an hour to full 24 hour live in care. We work with our customers to assist them to achieve their outcomes in the least intrusive way enabling them to live independently at home. Our services include personal care, respite care, dementia care, light domestic and social visits.
