Within the luxurious Charters Retirement Village, in East Grinstead, West Sussex, Charters Court is a beautiful care home with 60 beds, that offers residential, nursing and residential dementia care.

Our experienced and friendly home care team offer a full range of personalised care visits to help our clients continue with their routines, stay in their community, and maintain their sense of independence.

Littlefair has its own Activities Organiser who encourages Residents to take part in both group and one-to-one events. There are many regular events and a number of visiting performers come to the Home to entertain the Residents. There are various outings organised and the Home also has use of a specially adapted bus for these.

My focus is on the individual and their specific requirements. The process starts with a free, 1 hour consultation with the care receiver and their family, to collectively plan the best way forward. This enables me to fully understand individual needs, medical situation and ongoing responsibilities. It's also a great opportunity for you to make sure I'm the right person for the job too.
