Grange-Lea is a privately owned former hotel, with a modern extension which has been established as a Care Home since 1988. We are located within the coastal town of Preston, Paignton and we enjoy a beautiful garden with many varieties of plants and trees. All rooms benefit from en-suite facilities. Grange-Lea has 34 beds fully equipped and registered to care. We provide excellent, person-centred care and are proud of our good reputation within the local community.

4ME&U Ltd T/A Devoncare is a Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated care provider. Working with Devon and Cornwall Council, Devoncare provides care to vulnerable adults and others in the community. The care involves Complex, Specialist, Palliative and other types of care. Most of our work is ongoing 1 to 1 care and can include live in care. We also offer care support to privately funded clients. Devoncare,s experienced team of registered Nurses and Health Care professionals, provide the highest quality of care to our clients, either in their own homes or in residential/care homes.
