We are a small and friendly home care provider, supporting people to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. We support people in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes and beyond! Established in 2005 we have a great deal of experience in care provision. Whether you pay for your own care, are part- or fully-funded by the Council or Health services, or just don't know where to start, our team can help you find the best care for you.

Our specialist Supported Living provides support for people with Learning Disabilities. We understand the importance of providing person-centred support which enables independence and meets individual needs. Through our outcome-focused approach, we support people to maintain choice and control of their own lives. We meet with each person referred and their family so that we can develop a strong understanding of their life story, any support or communication needs and their personal aspirations. We work in partnership with Local Health Professionals such as social workers, community nurses, and specialists such as Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.

Once we know your needs, we will approach our local Buckinghamshire carers, who usually respond within 24-48 hours. As soon as we know their availability we will send you their profiles. It’s then up to you to decide which carer you like and we can book that carer straightaway. We recognise that it is helpful to meet a carer in advance of agreeing to an engagement. Where this cannot be easily arranged in person, we encourage you to arrange a video call (e.g. via Skype) with your recommended carer.
