Richmand House in Nottingham was first established as a residential care provider in 1974, and home to six older people. In 1990 the small business was purchased by Susan Godfrey, the current proprietor and registered manager, and in 1993 an opportunity to purchase an adjoining property resulted in an expansion to the dementia registered residential care facility we have today, a home for 12 older people.
