We offer support to 49 people including frail older people with nursing needs, people living with dementia and behaviours that challenge. Our range of person-centred care services also includes end of life care and specialist dementia care, as well as many other services that cater to all sorts of care needs."

At Saltshouse Haven, an extensively trained team of staff provide residential care, including care for adults diagnosed with dementia. Packages available include respite, convalescence and palliative provision. This homely facility is equipped for modern care practice, having its own assisted bathrooms and shower rooms, and furniture to fit different levels of physical mobility

At Rockliffe Court, we provide exceptional care and support in a warm and welcoming environment. As a care home without nursing, we focus on delivering personalised care services for our residents with the utmost dedication and empathy. Our medium-sized facility boasts 35 beds, allowing us to maintain a close-knit community that feels like home.
