Eversfield House is a Residential Care Home - owned and operated by the Sutton and Cheam Elderly People's Housing Association; a registered charity. The aim of our Home is to provide a warm friendly atmosphere with standards of comfort and care allowing each resident their independence, dignity and privacy as could reasonably be expected in their own home.

With three sitting rooms and three dining areas, room to pursue their hobbies and interests, a hairdressing salon and tavern, not to mention the large landscaped garden, Aspen Court Residents have plenty to choose from when looking for a place to relax and socialise with family or friends. In addition, Aspen Court’s two quiet lounges ensure that whenever Residents want the opportunity to take some time out, they have a place to do so. The bright, comfortable bedrooms and living areas are all easily accessible by wheelchair.

ST CHRISTOPHER HOMES is a service provide offering 24 hour supported living for adult and young people aged 16-25 who may display challenging/anti-social behaviour, or living independently from overseas (Refugees). The proprietors were prompted to establish ST CHRISTOPHER HOMES from their involvement in residential homes for adults and children with challenging behaviour with a vision of providing the best home care possible. We are committed to helping people enjoy living in their own homes. We believes that the care provided should be of the quality that we would like to receive.

Morrel Court Extra Care Housing has 34 one bed retirement apartments, set within shared gardens. Residents' on-site facilities include a shared lounge, laundry, lift and a treatment room.
