Croft Care Trust was founded by local families to provide day care services for their disabled children over 50 years ago. The charity has evolved over the years with the help of the local rotary into the service that is provided today. This is an ISO:9001 registered Nursing Home with 46 long term care beds (23 nursing and 23 residential) set in a homely environment with a dedicated and committed staff team to help the residents lead a full and active life.

Lanercost House is located on a modern residential housing estate on the outskirts of Carlisle. We can cater to all different types of care needs; we provide first-class 24-hour nursing care and support here at Lanercost, and our dedicated Carlyle Suite offers expert dementia care for adults over 50 who have challenging behaviour.

Pennine Lodge Care Home is a short drive from Carlisle city centre. We are around the corner from public transport, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat. Our Care team offers residential care for those who need help with daily tasks, nursing care for people who have complex medical needs, and both residential dementia care and nursing dementia care for residents who require it. We run lots of activities, including visits from the local choir and school children.
