We provide specialist support and nursing care for adults, who are medically stable, with a range of neurological conditions including acquired brain injury, Huntington’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease or complex neurological condition.

Telford Court is a family run care home based in Crewe, specialising in caring for people living with dementia. We have over 160 dedicated members of staff who work towards creating the best experience possible for each of our residents.

The Elms is a purpose-built home in the Coppenhall area, approximately one mile from Crewe town centre. The home has a main dining area, several lounges of different sizes and a conservatory area.
