Care Homes in Berkshire

Lady Elizabeth House is our Extra care service in Maidenhead and is run in partnership with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, who allocate the individual apartments while Optalis provides care and support services. The service has 29 self-contained, wheelchair-accessible apartments, each of which is fully equipped with a spacious kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom.

We currently have two private nursing homes and a residential care home. A residential home is for people who just require assistance with day to day living and personal care. Nursing homes support people who have conditions that require clinical support from qualified nurses, Dementia, Alzheimer’s and diabetes to name but a few.

Our skilled and caring team are here to help people live as independently as possible, with added support where they need it. We work with the person to create their own person-centred support plan, which will change with the individual as and when they need it, to ensure we meet all of their requirements. We understand how important it is for everyone to live a full and active life, so we work with each individual to ensure that we offer a wide range of activities, from learning domestic tasks to attending college local day services, and plenty of time for fun. Every customer's plan is different so that they can set their own goals and do the activities they enjoy.
