I honestly couldn’t conceive that care homes as nice as this existed until it was needed for my lovely dad. The design, decor, facilities, activities and catering are all exemplary and it is so clear that everything has had so much thought put into it. The above makes for a great home from home of “things” and comforts, but, from my perspective and the experience of my dad, what makes this a stand out example of what care should be, is the most amazing team of staff. The genuine care, affection, kindness and thoughtfulness of the people they have been lucky enough to employ here as well as my thankfulness will stay with me forever. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
