Special Touch Home Care was founded in the early 1980’s to support a growing need for high quality in-home care throughout New York City. With an original focus on Brooklyn’s vast Russian-speaking community, Special Touch quickly expanded to ensure that the city’s diversity would never limit anyone’s access to in-home care.
