Please do not send your loved ones to this hell hole ....run like a circus treating people like animals. May have a new name but the building is cursed they need to demolish it turn it into a memorial gardens for the poor people that have died there ....

DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING ANYONE HERE Care is shockingly bad would not recommend sending any loved one here the carers do not have a clue what they are doing constantly making errors and mixing things up manager is extremely unapproachable with her office door always closed avoids speaking to you about any concerns the carers always speaking in there own language around residents and ignoring residents
