My grandmother was abused at this care home! With recorded evidence which has gone viral! Papers informed Mp informed, my grandmother will have justice and you will take responsibility! They advertise about working with people with dementia and yet there staff shout and force them to do things even when there crying! Nasty place. CQC states the same although very recently changed.. Avoid this place. 3* food hygiene also, not much care for a care home.

Thank you to all the residents and carers at midland road care home. The children from Happy Dayz Nursery done us proud with their Christmas songs, and thanks for the ginger bread men and juice, was a lovely morning. The children did us proud and we were made to feel welcome 😀

had nothing but issues after my dad moved in. high turn over in management&staff some staff are caring not many. so many safe guarding issues. my dad sadly passed away now . No thanks to this care home !!!!

They are horrible people know one helps anyone that lives there I can hear a lady calling for water and a manger tells her to shut up its outrageous. Very unhappy with what I've seen today
