On first viewing of the place, my family and I were initially impressed with the facilities. We were confident that we’d found the best nursing home for my grandma, a decision that was made with a heavy heart as we’d have preferred to care for her ourselves. However, once we started making plans to get my grandma settled in there, communication and phone calls were rarely answered with any promptness. My mother’s last email to them to provide an update regarding a delay due to my grandma’s ailing health wasn’t answered until eight days had passed. By that point she had sadly passed away. We understand that they’re busy, but a quicker response would have been appreciated, especially as it didn’t fill us with reassurance about the level of care provided.

Abuse of the sick and elderly goes on in this place. Not a good place. Money and.personal belongings stolen. Abuse from staff members and no empathy for the frail. Terrible place

Very bad service..staff is very rude specially indian lady she can't even speak English properly. I went there for covering my agency I called her to help to assist my patient she's uncomfortable I wait 1 hour 45 min and she give me when she free she will come she gives breakfast to fed her sorry is that make sence will you have your breakfast in toilet, then long wait she turned up she asking me why you didn't ready the stuff for her ...i avoid her as I could ask her "you can give me time frame when you will be there I just can't get ready stuff and leave as it turns into cold" eventually when she come she left me in middle and patient fell cold and screames ,then they way she turning the patient its so rude. I generally asked her routine she's very rude to give me an answer Noticed in lunch area 2 people asking for tea and 1 asking for water and staff telling we are coming we are busy. Come on I now we have shortage of carers but it doesn't mean you guys if working for vulnerable people's you treat them like that everyone have stress in there life and need money but if you can't do the job with your heart please do not do this job. This job need care and love from heart. I dont recommend this place to anyone

Hi love this place - the staff were every helpful during my 10 day visit to the home where my dad says. Place was clean and love the common room where the parrot / budgie is - bright and airy. Would be great if they could make Gujarati food but a very nice place overall
