Unlike introductory agencies, every part of our service is regulated, inspected and rated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). In our most recent inspection, CQC rated our overall services as GOOD and CIW reported that our carers go “above and beyond, doing things that are ‘not on the list’.” Regulation is an important part of keeping you safe and ensuring that the carers who support you are the very best.
