I am no longer working here because the home manager and maintenance were no supported to me because of my deafness and British sign language. There was no system visual fire alarm fitted at Harts House. Some staff member who don’t understand that I am profoundly deaf without speech and a British sign language. Sorry for my mistake at the Harts House, because this place is not right for me.

I would like to send a message of heartfelt thanks to everyone at Harts House Nursing Home. From reception staff, managers, nurses and health care assistants, all were so caring and helpful. The home is beautiful ...so clean and set in beautiful surroundings. The welcome the staff gave us meant that we were able to enable our lovely Ian to die in peace surrounded by love . We cannot thank you enough

They never put your telephone call through to your relative staying there .All you get is recorded massages saying how busy they are. Staying on the line is futile with periodic recorded messages and music. People pay fortunes to stay there and be looked after, but part of that should surely be able to speak to a caller or relative anxious to know of the condition of or speak to a mother, brother or relative. My brother had a serious fall in his bathroom resulting in being moved from his room to a hospital. He is now back but I am being frustrated by not speaking to him or even finding out about his condition. Shame on you BUPA care home ? Woodford.

I do not recommend this place if you are looking to work. I was given an offer however, they have been delaying the onboarding process for 02 months and finally I withdrew my application. Very unprofessional.
