Flexserve is a Domiciliary Care Agency operating for over 13yrs in the sector. We are CQC registered to provide care services in the community. Our trained carers are DBS checked and provide a service that is flexible and person centred to meet our clients needs, to be able to safely live in there own home. Services we offer: - Personal Care needs (washing and dressing) - Shopping - Escort to hospital or social events - 1-1 support whiles at home or in the hospital - Cooking and ensuring you meet your nutritional needs - Sit in services to provide break for family/nominated carer (ongoing support or occasional relief) - Support after hospital discharge -Waking night services (long term or short term) - Live in Care - 24hr care in your own home We also provide Complex Care Support for : - Elderly and Frail - Dementia - Parkinson - Motor neuron disease - Stroke - Multiple Sclerosis - Brain Injury - Cancer Support - Tracheostomy care - Eternal Feeding - PEG/RIG Feeding We are able to provide short/long term enablement support and also long term complex needs support.
