Dudley Court Rest Home

Dudley court is a 22 bed family run residential care home based in the bustling town of Acocks Green, Birmingham, located just off the high street close to amenities where you can find shops, café’s, and restaurants. Birmingham and Solihull town center are only a short distance away by train or bus, making it easier for family and friends to get to. The building is a Victorian property which has been converted to provide a warm, homely environment for our residents to live and enjoy. All our staff are well trained and qualified, carefully vetted, and recruited for skills in caring, being a smaller home enables us to provide care that fits the needs of each individual resident on a more personal level. Management and staff have a hands on approach in ensuring resident care and wellbeing is at the for front of what we do. We can provide care and support to people living with various health conditions, a comprehensive assessment will be undertaken prior to moving in. There is a dedicated wellbeing coordinator that will provide one to one support, group activity, and also trips out to the local high street, pub lunch’s, and theatre shows. Any specific interests will be tailored into the care plan. The chiropodist visits residents every 6-8 weeks where residents are given the opportunity to have their hands and feet done. The hairdresser visits every Monday, there is the opportunity to have your hair washed and set if you wish, and for the gents, the full beard and hair cut. A dedicated chef will cater to your nutritional requirements, and modify any diets you have to suit you.
