Very unprofessional and presumptuous. I had only just joined and they started pestering me through my personal WhatsApp! My WhatsApp is my own private and personal space reserved for family and friends. Most professional organisations I've worked for to date are respectful of this and would ask permission first. The other thing there was no way for me to delete my account from their site along with my personal sensitive data. I felt extremely uncomfortable knowing ALL my identifiable and private data was just left on their site. I had to email them to ask to close the account. I read through their terms and conditions and I don't remember seeing anything about how long they hold your data for but I can't say I went through it with a fine tooth comb. For all we know they could be selling our data on to third parties. I'm actually quite suspect of them now after my brief interaction with them. Something just doesn't sit right. And why is it Trustpilot seems to have such a skewed rating score for them??? I've looked into this and companies can pay a fee to have the negative ones removed and I strongly suspect this is what Curam has done because its painting a very different picture to the Google review overall score. Make your own minds up but I'd keep your wits about you if you plan on engaging them as a client or worker.

To get a balanced view, please don't be fooled by all the positive ratings, which I'm very dubious of tbh. Please read the negative ones too. The rates are practically the same for carers after the fees are taken off as it would be if being employed elsewhere. The hours offered by people needing care are 1 hour to 4 hours at a time, so with that it mind you might as well save yourself the hassle of uploading everything only to realise you've wasted your time.
