Carrolls Home Care was established in 1997 by Carole Williams, who is still the owner and registered manager of the business. With over 40 years experience in providing care and nursing in the West Somerset Community, Carole decided to start her own service enabling clients to stay in their own homes and promoting independence, whilst receiving regular support from dedicated carers.
