Care Promise is a Domiciliary Care Provider delivering a range of services in Stafford including personal, social and domestic care to people in their own homes since 2007. Our office is based in Stafford town centre with highly experienced, locally based community care staff with The Care Certificate/NVQ/QCF qualifications. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our Service Users following stringent quality management and continuous improvement processes. This is demonstrated by the results of our recent CQC report in October 2021 which rated us ‘Good’ in each Key Line of Enquiry, reporting that “The service was consistently managed and well-led. Leaders and the culture they created promoted high-quality, person-centred care”.
