Birchwood Grange has well-grounded community links, and groups of all kinds come to visit us. Local schools, faith groups and voluntary organisations all regularly come through the doors of our Harrow care home. We see ourselves as an important part of our local Harrow and Brent communities and our inclusive approach ensures that family members and friends are always kept informed and join in with us.
