As HR professionals, both Altagracia and Ali have always worked hand in hand with individuals in different levels and needs, bringing them together through active listening and finding the right solution. This easily translates into home care as an owner/operator and being a Steward leader is something we strive for, especially when families have situations that require solutions to achieve things they may not have thought possible.
