Acacia were recommended to us after my father had a stroke. Their carers visited multiple times per day, for 18 months and my father would very much look forward to seeing them. They were all lovely people - positive, caring and professional and they helped him through some tough times. In my dealings with Acacia, I got the impression that all the staff including the managers, do really care. They showed a lot of compassion and put a great deal of effort into looking after my father and he and the rest of the family will always be very grateful for that.

We started with Acacia in January of this year having had a number of reasons for changing. My who has needed carers for a number of years now was a little nervous of having new people come, but there was no need for that. Everything about Acacia is wonderful, the office staff are very nice to speak to, helpful and understanding. The carers well i give them all 10 out of 10, Tracey Metcalfe has made my wife laugh more than she has done in years, as well as the rest of the carers who come she is always so happy to see them all. I can't say enough just how happy we are, and something that some forget, and that is others in home, it might sound a funny thing to say but they talk to me and we also have a laugh I no longer have the feeling of being left out, So a really big thank you to everyone at Acacia, take care and stay safe
