Concord Home Care

In 1997, Rhode Island based, Concord Health Services was founded by David and Ann DiFilippo.Their mission was to establish a group of caregivers who possessed a more compassionate and committed level of client care. Starting with a small group of 15 Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, Concord has grown to over 150 Registered Nurses, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, Social Workers, Certified Nursing Assistants and Companions. Our core focus of quality client care has set the standard amongst other homecare companies evidenced by our continued growth in clientele and professional staff.
