Sunshine Homecare Services was founded in 2004 by Francis Clement, PhD, and Biju Francis, RN, when they started doing business out of the basement of their home in New City. Both Francis and Biju recognized that compassionate, skilled, and reliable homecare services would make a positive difference in the lives of many folks who desired to remain in their own homes. Today, Sunshine Homecare Services offers a robust array of health care services from skilled and licensed nurses, certified home health aides (CHHAs), and certified occupational and physical therapists for all age groups - from infants to seniors - throughout New York and New Jersey.
