My mother came to New Cross care home in May 2021. The staff are very attentive, approachable and always willing to help if you have any concerns. Relatives are made to feel part of the residents journey and have regular meetings where you can have your say. Would highly recommend this care home.

My wife's cousin is in New cross care home, she suffers from MS and it was great to find care home that could look after her. Her comments on the home are My bed is wonderful, food excellent, staff lovely. If she says this it's five stars all round.

I have been a Senior Care Assistant at New Cross Care Home for nearly 9 years and I can honestly say I do enjoy and love it here. This is down to the staff as they are like family and the manager, Jenna, who is very approachable and takes time for you.

I have been at Newcross over a year now Jenna the manager goes above and beyond for all the residents and staff she’s amazing! Nothing is ever too much trouble I recommend Newcross Care home to anybody who’s looking for their loved one to go into care either permanently or respite…the home is always clean and presentable always thanks to our housekeeping team, care staff always ensure residents needs are met to a high standard, residents have great meals provided by the kitchen staff and there is always something going on for our residents to keep busy either going out or in-house. New cross is the place to be never worked or been to another home like it!

My mom moved in to NC CareHome in Oct 2022 and I can honestly say it is the best place. We got our mother and daughter time back again, as did my brother and sister and we video call every day, mom has visitors most days and there are always activities going on every day. Mom loves all the staff and nothing seems to much trouble for them. Thank you NC xxx

I work at Newcross care home and i’ve been there over 7 years now. Jenna the manager is an asset to the team and goes out her way to make the residents feel at home, nothing is too much trouble. Residents and families always assert their good feedback and lovely comments. Our residents are like family to us x

Great home ,worked here nearly 10 year.Care staff are great to work with on the memory floor .Residents are like family and we enjoy caring for them . The manager Jenna huges supports her staff and makes sure the care of the residents are 💯% I would recommend this home for your loved ones as it is neat and tidy and well maintained.

I currently work at Newcross as a care assistant, the are a lovely team and very supportive staff both to residents and staff. The home is kept clean and tidy. The residents are always happy. The activity team are always keeping them busy 🙂

Newcross Care Home is by far the best care home I have ever visited. From the moment you walk in the home is fresh, clean & has a lovely ambiance feeling about it, the staff are always friendly & very approachable & go above and beyond to do anything for you. You are always welcomed when you walk into the home with a lovely greeting from the reception staff & there’s always Coffee & Cake on hand. The home has a wide range of activities & outside entertainment so the residents are never stuck for something to do. The Manager always has time for the staff & especially the residents. The residents rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day by the amazing cleaning staff & the meals are all well presented & proper home cooked food, highly recommended.

I am a care assistant at new Cross and its an amazing home.our manager jenna and all the staff in every department are great ,we all aim to achieve a family environment for our residents from trips out to singing and dancing there is always something going on to make there day as enjoyable as possible.

I am a carer here at Newcross! The residents and staff at my job are great! The cuisine here is really delicious, and the staff is all extremely dedicated and compassionate. We all put in so much effort to make sure the residents receive the greatest care that we resemble a big family. The management is outstanding as well! Definitely a good idea!

I left the care home in 2017 and have now return back to the care home in 2024 back as a care assistant i left the home due to poor managenent and to how the home was been manage and ive seen alot of changes upon my return to see that the home is alot more caring and management support both residents and staff and also interact alot with families so they can go home with peace of mine to know thier love ones are been well care for

My Mother in Law is a resident and it is so comforting to go for a break away and know that she will be safe and well cared for. She it's very settled here in the comfortable surrounds with professional, empathetic staff who have her best interests at heart.

Always looks forward to his exercise class on a Wednesday afternoon with James. His bedroom and ensuite are always kept clean and fresh. His clothes are always clean and pressed. The care home is always well presented inside and outside. Visitors are greeted with a good selection of hot drinks and homemade cakes if required. The Home Manager Jenna is always on hand if required for a chat or discussion and exceeds in her role. All staff from receptionist to resident carers work really hard to ensure the home runs efficiently and smoothly.
