I was looking for a safe place for my dad, and the Aspen Care was on top of my list since some of my closest and oldest friends are working there. HOWEVER- when doing some more research, asking some more questions, I have discovered that while there is some amazing and genuinely caring care staff, the whole internal system is rotten and corrupted. The main source being their HR department. This means that while my dad would be taken care of on everyday basis, if something bigger happen- an accident, or mistreatment, for example, it would NOT be dealt with adequately by the management and the HR, but rather swept under the carpet for the sake of not loosing " any points" for the Home. On top of that, I know for fact they do mistreat their black female workers, which is unacceptable! I have now found a wonderful place for my dad and I advise you two to look further if you wanna keep your loved ones safe.
