Looks can be deceiving, beautiful place.....awful care home. A few of the cares we're lovely, the rest including the team leader were vile, no care at all. They were too busy talking to each other, always sitting down when patients were obviously in need. Everyone looked bored. I would not board my dog there let only a family member.

My mother was there for many weeks of end-of-life and the staff were universally caring, sympathetic, patient and understanding. The pin numbers for access made getting in both easy and secure. The only negative was that the laundry system was urgently in need of overhaul as clothes weren't always returned in time, or even not at all, and sometimes other residents' clothing was brought to my mother's room. It would have been a 5-star review but for this.
