I can't say enough great things about Butlers Mews! From the care shown by all of the staff to the amazing facilities, the cleanliness of the entire home, the multitude of activities on offer and the truly fabulous food, I am so glad that we chose Butlers for my mother. My father is also currently there for respite care. From the moment you walk through the front doors you are greeted with a warm welcome and I know that my parents are getting the very best care and attention possible. Thank you to everyone at Butlers Mews!

Dad stayed at Butlers Mews for 6 weeks repsite care. Michelle and her team went the extra mile to ensure dad enjoyed his stay and we cannot thank them enough for making him welcome and feel at home. The facilities, food and most importantly care are second to none and we have already reserved another Respite stay for dad later this year. His room was spacious and very comfortable making his stay something he enjoyed. The staff at Butlers Mews, without exception, were warm and friendly and made sure he had everything he needed whilst we were away.

Went to visit my sister and brother in law ( George & Gwen)who are staying here and what a lovely place this is, made so welcome by both staff and others residents. Lovely tea and cakes on hand as we arrived, shown around the home they have everything one could wish and more, it is up to hotel standard but has a very homely feel about it and I would imagine it is great place to live. This is the most amazing care home you could ever imagine! As you walk into the foyer, you feel as if you're stepping into a Beverly Hills, 5 Star hotel! Everything is brand new, state of the art and beautifully decorated. The freshly prepared, home cooked meals are prepared daily by the on site chef and the food is absolutely delicious! However, the best part is the people. You literally couldn't ask for a better, more caring, kind, compassionate and lovely team. They went out of their way to make my mother feel at home, welcoming her with loving arms and special attention. All the carers have years of experience and I couldn't have felt more comfortable leaving my mother in their very capable hands I honestly can't praise them and the beautiful facility enough and am eternally grateful to them!
