We visited our dear friend at park view . What a pleasure to visit from the smile of the lovely receptionist to the staff on the middle floor who nothing was two much trouble , the gentleman in white uniform very polite and his communication fantastic with resident. Loved who I been informed who is now in charge of the middle floor smiling going past staff saying thank you which I think goes a long way to how she reacts with residents, I may have only been visiting but was total impressed. Not been for ages but she a huge difference in the home for the middle floor . Park view is striving for excellence in all care . Well done to park view who you can see puts the resident at the heart of everything . I am sorry realised I did not sign in so I make sure in future

My father recently decided opted for assisted care. It was a big step as it meant leaving the family home but he seemed determined to make the change. The visit was very well received and the residents all seemed happy and the activities were enjoyable. My father couldn't wait to move after the visit. He has been there for several weeks now and absolutely loves it. He has made a few new friends and said the staff are very friendly and helpful, which was my biggest worry! All-in-all I think Park View is a great home :)

I would like to say it was a pleasure calling park view yesterday. I phoned the home late Saturday . I spoke to the head of care on the middle floor . She was very helpful as I apologised for calling late but I had been working. She said please don’t worry . She gave me details about the home said I could arrange to come and visit and if it was late she would stay to see me . I declined however she gave me the home managers contact and hers and said they could send a brochure out . I declined as the purpose of calling was to gage response from home . As I am currently looking for a placement for my father . I needed to know how they reacted with after five calls . As I have done with other company’s and was disgusted with there response . Park view middle floor head of care . Has made me consider going to visit I now have three to phone next week to visit . Park view with her telephone mannor and knowledge over the phone is the top for the knowledge and showing passion about her telephone manner and knowledge of care

Email passed on from George as he doesnt use the Internet for accounts & so forth was his comment. I wouldn't normally look a home on the south side of Ipswich as I live up in Woodbridge so I waited for 6 months after it opened after hearing excellent reports about this care home. I went round with my wife 3 weeks ago & I was very impressed by both the building & staff; people actually looked like they were having fun & were treated with respect. My wife's mother is now a resident & she is very happy. George Grimshaw

My father in law came to stay in early March for two weeks respite ,but stayed for around five months he has Dementia, he was very happy at the home even though he had his problems which were Dementia related ,however in early August we were told that they were unable to to accommodate his needs ,he has Dementia you are a Dementia unit ,and was told we had to find another care home for him .You do not realise the hurt and upset you have caused my father in law ,and my family for this removal from your care home ,which he was very happy to call it home ,we had no notice what so ever about what was going on , we had a phone call on the Friday for a meeting the following Monday and was told he had to leave . When we left on the Tuesday not one member of care staff was about to say goodbye to him which I find rather rude . He is now in a care home and the staff dont judge him on his Habits that a lot of Dementia patience have . Not a very happy Daughter in law
