I decided not to get a job with this company after an online interview with someone who was obviously so bored he got up to leave before we were finished. He said the interview had gone very well!! The process of applying is all online. It is designed with minimum expenditure on the company's part. You can tick the right boxes and take a course and then get a client. The company has zero knowledge of you as a person. I had another interview - in person - with another company who were lovely. I made the effort to drive to their office. They were concerned with meeting you face to face. They believed that their clients deserved to have a "proper" vetting of a potential carer. I just don't think that the job interview as a live in carer should be done remotely. If I were looking for a carer I would ask any agency if they actually saw you in person. That is my top tip as an experienced carer.

I was looking for good live-in care for my Mother-In-Law, as her then current agency was really unacceptable. One call to Trinity Care, who listened to my concerns and expectations and their friendly, helpful, honest options, had me at ease, knowing their process covered all those, including costs, with my MiL's quality of life at the forefront of their minds, just as they were mine. We arranged for the local Care Manager to carry out an assessment with my MiL's consent and had a very professional plan that would suit every situation to improve her quality of life immensely. It was a very reassuring and comforting moment during a very difficult time. We had everything sorted and covered, sadly my MiL passed away before it could be implemented. However, they didn't leave it there, they continued with their support and advice to myself and family. It was a light in the darkness. I highly recommend their care, quality, professionalism, thoughtfulness, kindness, respect and aftercare. It's hard to find such special dedication and I've been involved in community care services for over thirty years. Thank you for restoring my faith in true, friendly, care services who are willing to go that extra mile.

My mother has been receiving care with Trinity for a couple of years now. She has received excellent care from all of the carers that have visited. My mother is quite a private person and she has always been treated with care and respect and loves the visits she receives. It is not only the professionalism of the team but the fact that they treat her like a friend to have a chat and take an interest in her life and family. As her care needs have increased we, as a family, are so grateful that we have found an organisation that we can feel so comfortable to entrust her needs. Communication from the team is excellent if they have any concerns about mum when they visit and I cannot praise them highly enough.

For live in care, they are just after the money and lie about their staff's ability to deal with specific diseases like dementia and parkinsons. They bring anyone off the street after a few days training and pay them peanuts while letting the client manage them, and taking in massive fees for doing nothing. Most of their live in workers are not suited to the job mentally or physically, these are people who are not carers but just can't get other jobs. Negligence is the specialty here. Avoid, there are many other qualified providers and this isn't one of them. Edit to reply from trinity : No one was present from management for your first or second carers coming. You made us manage the situation ourselves. Repeating that your training is award winning doesn't change the fact you needed to change carers five times before hospitalising my father through your negligence. Each carer was either new or coming from some sister company after assuring us at the start the were all direct employees. The entire time and now you blame the client as the problem. With another care company after firing you we have had the same carer for almost 7 months. You are definitely the problem not us. Beware to anyone who uses this company in cental London, they are a cartel of liars. Imagine having to deal with the hell of disease such as dementia and parkinsons and then on top of it, this awful team like a bunch of vultures just making things worse.

Although a short lived stay at trinity- if I was not moving country I would of been so thrilled to stay. One of the most supportive and compassionate teams not only at the beginning but throughout my time working with Trinity. The support given by all the management team was no comparison to any other company I had worked for before. I can honestly say I have never had a more supportive manager. Trinity is wonderful to work with and I say with and not for as you really are a team. Everyone is looked after and the communication between everyone in the team is great and the tools provided to help us achieve the best in our role as a home care assistant are more than helpful. I would not work for another care company now I have worked with trinity home care. Thank you to all the team in Guildford.

I have found that working at Trinity Homecare is a great experience. The support all staff get is some of the best I have had from an employer. Care Staff have specialist training for their roles, and working in marketing I am being encouraged to better myself and go on courses. The staff environment is always friendly and I enjoy going into the office with everyone. The care staff always seem to be happy and the service currently has an Outstanding CQC rating, so the service Trinity Homecare provides is second to none. Care, or as a member of the teams in the offices, I would highly recommend working for Trinity Homecare.

I love working for Trinity Homecare because CARING is what defines the best this company. I have been working with them for 4 1/2 years having regular long term clients well matched to my personality. As a carer I feel valued and supported by the team, especially by my wonderful manager. The pay is great (you can even access early pay) and there are great opportunities for development which I am taking advantage of . The rating OUTSTANDING is very well deserved, I would not go anywhere else!!

The physical therapy side of the house was prompt, but one worker showed up here saying she had a cold and often left her facemask below her nose while working with my 89 year old mother who recently got out of intensive care. The personal care side of the house has been a nightmare. It took two weeks to get someone out, a major problem given that was when we needed them most and medicare only covers a six-to-eight week window. When the worker did arrive she had bad manners which we also don't need. I'm pretty sure we'll forego future visits.

Her attitude towards everything is absolutely amazing.. Please pass on the message.

We have been extremely happy with the care & support our mum has received from Trinity Homecare. From the first phone call when I asked questions about the organisation's principles and professional approaches to people with specific needs, to the initial meeting and assessment at mum's home when care delivery was individually designed, to the daily delivery of respectful, professional and cheerful care - we remain very happy.

We have used Trinity Homecare for my Father in Law over the past 3 years when he has come to stay with us. He is in his late 90’s and although mentally he is as sharp as a knife, physically he is very frail and needs help with his personal care. Right from the first contact with Trinity, it was clear that all his needs would be taken care of and the organisation of his temporary care was a very easy process. His carer, Pat struck an instant rapport with him and their personalities matched perfectly. She tended to his needs efficiently and confidently and my Father in Law felt comfortable and respected. Pat was an absolute pleasure and we all looked forward to her visits. On the odd occasion, we were allocated a different carer and each one was very professional and capable. We feel very lucky to have found Trinity Homecare and only sorry that, because my Father in Law has now moved into a Care Home out of the area, we won’t be seeing a smiling face in a green tunic every morning

My grandad passed away last Wednesday morning, 2nd May 2018 after receiving care from Trinity for the past year. We cannot express our thanks enough for the constant care and support we have received during this time. We would have been lost without them. They have constantly gone above and beyond what is expected and we cannot thank them enough. The have been so loving and caring and my grandads last year was made so much better thanks to Trinity. I cannot even express in words how much Trinity have meant to us. The pallitive care we have received has been outstanding. It has been a really tough week with no support from the Hospice at all. If it wasn't for Trinity things would have been even more stressful. I just don't know how we would have got through it. Trinity really do have an incredible team. They deserve all the praise in the world. You hear so many awful stories and we are just so grateful for everything they have done. They have showed so much care and compassion and not only looked after my grandad but have also looked after my nan and supported our whole family. It is so amazing to find a care team who actually care and make everything so personal. They always stride to make everything perfect and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. The last year has been a pleasure to meet and speak to all of the team that have been there for us during this time. I would highly recommend Trinity to care for your loved ones. They have been our rock! We will be eternally grateful. Thank you so much!

Trinity helped us through a fast-changing, challenging, and unpredictable medical situation with an elderly family member – and the service was excellent. Management was friendly, reactive, and flexible, advocating for us to obtain other NHS services and referrals. From friendly, respectful care visits, to excellent live-in care, our relative's life (and home) became calm and ordered; their health improved, and the carers' observations were invaluable. Over a number of weeks, live-in carer Claudina (upbeat, tireless, friendly, sensitive, and an amazing cook!) transformed our relative's life and gave our family time and space to plan our next steps. Big thanks to you all.

I could not recommend this company ENOUGH. If you you are looking for somewhere you are invested in, valued, supported and developed in all areas of the care industry you really want to be at Trinity homecare. It has a real family feel, having left due to moving, when the opportunity came around for me to return a snapped at the chance. I love working for Trinity and I would not want to be anywhere else.

There are plenty of care agencies out there, do not work for this one. The office (homecare management dept) are the most unorganised and uncaring, irresponsible bunch of people. Unorganised how? Carers are not given regular clients, different patterns of clients each week & expected to drive round clocking up miles in an illogical order, not helping carers to manage their time, or fuel consumption economically (even when you know their are clients within the area that have calls at that time but not placed on your rota making it impossible for you to get to the next client with the (often) zero minutes travel time you have been given making it inevitable to cut clients care time (mostly only 1/2 hour calls anyway) in half just to get your rounds done (so as to not leave a vulnerable client without a visit that night). Rota's are not given or complete when they are supposed to be making it impossible for carers to manage income and their time with this 0 hour contract and often holiday requests not being granted even when requested 8 weeks in advance. Everything is always the carers fault whether it be incorrect or confusing rostering or possessing a 'lack of care' due to not being able to do everything in the short call times given. Having worked for this agency for a considerable amount of time with no complaints addressed to me and only positive feedback coming to me from other carers and clients, the agency neglect to fill out my employees references for future jobs, even after kindly requesting and having agreed they would. Also if you request refresh training it will not be provided and they give promise of NVQ progression with no visible intention of providing this. This agency makes being a professional and genuinely caring Carer very difficult to continue to be indeed.

Hello! I had a rather unpleasant experience with Trinity Home Care as a Live in care employee. The company cheated and took advantage of me. They didn't pay me the money due for my work, they didn't agree on the remuneration, and what's worse, they promised me a long contract, but unfortunately, I never got one. I wasted a lot of time and money with this company. I don't have anything on paper and I can't prove anything, it's probably a company tactic. English law says you have to work for a company for 2 years to claim compensation from them, so I can't do anything. I would like to warn everyone, whatever you sign, agree everything before you start working. Everything on paper!!!!
