I decided not to get a job with this company after an online interview with someone who was obviously so bored he got up to leave before we were finished. He said the interview had gone very well!! The process of applying is all online. It is designed with minimum expenditure on the company's part. You can tick the right boxes and take a course and then get a client. The company has zero knowledge of you as a person. I had another interview - in person - with another company who were lovely. I made the effort to drive to their office. They were concerned with meeting you face to face. They believed that their clients deserved to have a "proper" vetting of a potential carer. I just don't think that the job interview as a live in carer should be done remotely. If I were looking for a carer I would ask any agency if they actually saw you in person. That is my top tip as an experienced carer.

I was looking for good live-in care for my Mother-In-Law, as her then current agency was really unacceptable. One call to Trinity Care, who listened to my concerns and expectations and their friendly, helpful, honest options, had me at ease, knowing their process covered all those, including costs, with my MiL's quality of life at the forefront of their minds, just as they were mine. We arranged for the local Care Manager to carry out an assessment with my MiL's consent and had a very professional plan that would suit every situation to improve her quality of life immensely. It was a very reassuring and comforting moment during a very difficult time. We had everything sorted and covered, sadly my MiL passed away before it could be implemented. However, they didn't leave it there, they continued with their support and advice to myself and family. It was a light in the darkness. I highly recommend their care, quality, professionalism, thoughtfulness, kindness, respect and aftercare. It's hard to find such special dedication and I've been involved in community care services for over thirty years. Thank you for restoring my faith in true, friendly, care services who are willing to go that extra mile.

My mother has been receiving care with Trinity for a couple of years now. She has received excellent care from all of the carers that have visited. My mother is quite a private person and she has always been treated with care and respect and loves the visits she receives. It is not only the professionalism of the team but the fact that they treat her like a friend to have a chat and take an interest in her life and family. As her care needs have increased we, as a family, are so grateful that we have found an organisation that we can feel so comfortable to entrust her needs. Communication from the team is excellent if they have any concerns about mum when they visit and I cannot praise them highly enough.

For live in care, they are just after the money and lie about their staff's ability to deal with specific diseases like dementia and parkinsons. They bring anyone off the street after a few days training and pay them peanuts while letting the client manage them, and taking in massive fees for doing nothing. Most of their live in workers are not suited to the job mentally or physically, these are people who are not carers but just can't get other jobs. Negligence is the specialty here. Avoid, there are many other qualified providers and this isn't one of them. Edit to reply from trinity : No one was present from management for your first or second carers coming. You made us manage the situation ourselves. Repeating that your training is award winning doesn't change the fact you needed to change carers five times before hospitalising my father through your negligence. Each carer was either new or coming from some sister company after assuring us at the start the were all direct employees. The entire time and now you blame the client as the problem. With another care company after firing you we have had the same carer for almost 7 months. You are definitely the problem not us. Beware to anyone who uses this company in cental London, they are a cartel of liars. Imagine having to deal with the hell of disease such as dementia and parkinsons and then on top of it, this awful team like a bunch of vultures just making things worse.
