Sonning Gardens Care Home

Here, at Sonning Gardens Care Home, we provide residential care, where individuals are supported with day-to-day activities, nursing care, for those who need more intensive support with longer-term conditions, specialist dementia care, based on our ReConnect approach, and short-term respite care.
