Lovely place, great team who are always going way and above to provide the best quality of care, the views are amazing and the lovely grounds are well kept & maintained. . Would always recommend it for a place to stay for your loved ones as it has a homely feel which you notice soon as you walk in the doors x

My aunt was a resident here recently she stayed here for over a year, up until she passed away. She always told me how lovely everybody was and how helpful all the carers are. They couldn’t do enough for her and I’m so happy her final year she was so well looked after. The grounds and view over London are so beautiful especially on a nice day and the food was excellent with lots of choice and variety.

Signature at Elstree has a great atmosphere. Soon as the doors open you are greeted with friendly faces and warmth. There is a real sense of community in the building the staff take time to sit with the residents and really get to know them. There is always engaging activity going on that everyone can be involved in.

Staff at Signature at Elstree make this home a real refuge from the world outside. All aspects of the home are excellent. Nutritious food, diligent and professional care, prompt action if there is a fall or any emergency, flexible visiting times, information about any changes provided in timely manner to residents, relatives and staff . Everyone of the staff here, whether they are care ,administration or organisational is absolutely fantastic, so kind, caring, considerate, patient and helpful. There is such positive energy as soon as you walk in the home ,staff always smiling ,behaving in a professional and welcoming manner,willing to offer considerate advice .

To summarize, I would strongly recommend Signature of Elstree to any senior citizen looking for temporary or permanent accommodation, where they would be looked after by kind-hearted staff and where they would feel like at home.

Beautiful grounds....When i first drove down the drive i thought i was visiting a wedding venue. It really does have the WOW factor. Staff are lovely. They go above and beyond to help. A very homely feel and definitely somewhere I would like to live myself one day :)

A welcome, warm, calm and serene environment inside and outside, all is due to the services and facilities provided . Even tough is not new, but not old, it is like an old double decker running in center of London, it does steal your view, is a 'wow attraction' everybody want to have a ride, so what a wonderful feeling, I would recommend to pop-in and take a ride, leave the rest in their hands: food, care, activities, entertainment, facilities- all inclusive, including a cuppa.....
